Every KaizenCRM account comes with a free, hands-on onboarding session to help you get your system set up and running the right way for your business.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Book Your 30-minute Onboarding Call

When you schedule your onboarding below, you’ll answer a few quick questions about your business.

That information helps us prep your account before the call — things like connecting your domain and getting your messaging tools ready.

2. Guided Onboarding Call (30 Minutes)

During your call, we’ll walk you through the essentials:

  • Set up your custom domain so your CRM reflects your business name and branding.

  • Submit your SMS A2P registration so you can send text messages directly from the system. We’ll help you set up your unique phone number and complete this federally required registration. (There’s a small fee — usually $1–$3 for your phone number and a $25 one-time registration cost.)

  • Quick system walkthrough so you know where everything lives and how to find what you need.

If there’s time left, we’ll answer questions and show you how to start using the CRM in your daily workflow.

A quick note about domains: To connect your custom email and website, you’ll need to already have a business domain (for example, yourbusiness.com). We can’t connect or send branded emails from personal addresses like @gmail.com or @yahoo.com. If you don’t have a domain yet, we recommend purchasing one through Google Domains, GoDaddy, or Namecheap before your call.

3. Learning Library Access

After your call, you’ll get access to the KaizenCRM Learning Library — short, easy-to-follow videos that cover each feature in more detail.

You can revisit these anytime to explore new tools or refresh your memory.
